Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide a warm welcome to every customer and offer friendly, knowledgeable assistance to help them find products.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Inventory Support: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and merchandising displays to keep shelves looking their best.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and managers to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to show up on time consistently.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills required for handling cash and transactions.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light boxes (up to 25 lbs).
