Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide personalized assistance to find the perfect products.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions and smooth processing.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor environment.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and store goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in loss prevention efforts.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with mobile devices.
