Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product recommendations and assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions securely
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Follow safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
- Participate in store opening/closing duties as scheduled
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required – we provide full training!
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM – 10 PM) and weekend schedules
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Reliable transportation to store location
