Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and process payments accurately
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain clean, attractive displays
- Support inventory management through regular stock counts and replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Adhere to safety protocols and store policies at all times
Qualifications
- No prior retail or customer service experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 9 PM) and weekends (including Saturdays/Sundays)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to and from the store
