Responsibilities

- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are organized and pristine at all times.
- Stock merchandise and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for transaction processing.
