Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with product selection.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately to process transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in accordance with company standards.
- Restock merchandise, ensure inventory accuracy, and execute visual merchandising displays.
- Collaborate with team members to drive sales and support promotional events.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required for immediate hiring.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the location.
