Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate POS systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked according to company visual standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and maintain store goals.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting regular stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software is a plus.
- Must be a team player with a proactive attitude.
