Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at the point of sale system.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, visually appealing store environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and organizing stock rooms.
- Provide product knowledge and styling advice to help customers find exactly what they need.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems are a plus.
