Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a smile and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure product displays are clean and appealing.
- Assist with inventory management and supply replenishment.
- Keep the sales floor and restrooms tidy and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
