Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries and product needs.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves, facing product displays, and organizing stockrooms.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain high team morale.
- Handle cash transactions with a high degree of accuracy and responsibility.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding loss prevention and safety.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and pricing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
