- Customer Experience: Provide an exceptional, personalized shopping experience for every visitor to our Memphis store.
- Sales & Operations: Drive revenue by actively promoting products and maintaining an organized, visually appealing sales floor.
- Transactions: Process customer transactions swiftly and accurately using our point-of-sale systems.
- Merchandising: Execute visual merchandising standards and ensure inventory levels are optimal.
- Teamwork: Support colleagues during peak hours and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent the brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right attitude.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Reliability: Ability to commit to a consistent schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long durations.
- Skills: Basic math skills and comfortable with technology.
