Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming and premium shopping experience.
- Provide product recommendations and assist with purchases to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions with integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Restock inventory and ensure product displays are updated according to brand standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be available on weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and strong math skills.
