Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, handling transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Merchandise the sales floor by arranging products, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store is visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management promptly.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment at all times.
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Reliable attendance and availability for weekends and holidays.
