As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer feels valued and welcomed. Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide a warm, welcoming experience for every customer, answering questions and offering product recommendations.
- Sales Execution: Drive sales targets by actively promoting products and utilizing upselling techniques.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain store appearance, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and processing incoming shipments.
- Point of Sale (POS): Operate the cash register accurately, process various payment methods, and handle returns efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and fellow team members to ensure store operations run smoothly.
- Customer Feedback: Listen to customer concerns and escalate issues to management to ensure complete satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Attitude: A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Technology: Basic proficiency with computers and POS systems.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
