Responsibilities
- Greet and Engage: Welcome customers warmly as they enter the store, providing friendly and helpful assistance.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to answer customer inquiries and make recommendations.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and folding clothing.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash registers, handle returns and exchanges, and balance the till at the end of the shift.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve sales goals and support store initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling cash, inventory, and product displays.
