- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, displays, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational efficiency
- Participate in floor moves and seasonal resets to optimize product presentation
- Actively identify sales opportunities and upselling techniques to meet/exceed goals
- Support loss prevention efforts by adhering to security protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
