- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize merchandise on shelves and counters, ensuring displays are visually appealing and fully stocked.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
