Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean and visually appealing sales floor.
- Communicate product knowledge to customers, including styling advice and fabric care.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory counts and replenishment as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating complex issues to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers warmly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift merchandise up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for fashion and customer service.
