Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized styling recommendations and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, displays, and inventory management
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on trends and collections
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
