Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and answering inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist in maintaining store visual standards by organizing merchandise and ensuring shelves are fully stocked and presentable.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy and procedure.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas clean, safe, and organized to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and support promotional events.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
