Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Welcome and engage customers warmly, providing product recommendations and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by organizing merchandise and restocking shelves.
- Point of Sale (POS) Mastery: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system, including handling returns and exchanges.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock counts, inventory organization, and reporting discrepancies to management.
- Visual Merchandising: Support the execution of visual merchandising displays to drive sales and enhance brand image.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure store goals are met.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills required for handling cash and transactions.
