Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize product displays, and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor.
- Process returns, exchanges, and handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages to management.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
