Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon arrival, providing personalized product recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized, tidy, and fully stocked with merchandise throughout the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment and visual merchandising displays.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any issues to ensure high satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with using handheld devices.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
