Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising plans including restocking, displays, and seasonal updates
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization standards throughout all areas
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (15-25 hours/week)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville location
- No prior retail experience required – training provided
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
