Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with product inquiries.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and racks to maintain a neat and organized appearance.
- Ensure the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas are clean and tidy at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and identifying missing items.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic math and cash handling procedures.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
