Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude upon entering the store.
- Provide product recommendations and information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked to ensure a visually appealing shopping environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Support promotional events and sales campaigns to drive store traffic and revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
