Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, professional, and helpful experience.
- Assist customers in locating products, making recommendations, and processing sales transactions.
- Maintain the sales floor and stockroom to company standards, ensuring merchandise is organized and visible.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions with integrity.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store objectives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
