Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock merchandise and maintain visual standards for the sales floor to keep the store looking its best.
- Organize stockrooms and ensure all inventory is labeled and accessible.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a positive team culture.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus.
