Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Merchandise products to ensure store displays are visually appealing and up-to-date.
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with store operations during peak hours and events.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Washington, DC location.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
