Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet all customers warmly and assist them with finding products and answering questions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operations: Process sales transactions accurately at the register, including handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
- Merchandising: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked by executing visual merchandising standards and restocking shelves as needed.
- Inventory: Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and monitoring product levels to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with fellow team members and management to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
