Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor, providing product recommendations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain the visual integrity of the store, including folding clothes, restocking shelves, and setting up engaging displays.
- Operations: Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system and handle returns or exchanges with professionalism.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory counts, and communicate shortages to management.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms organized, clean, and safe for all customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to meet daily and monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Attitude: A positive, energetic attitude with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
- Reliability: Punctuality and a consistent work history are essential.
