Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all product categories
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Stock and merchandise products with visual standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Operate cash registers and handle cash/credit transactions
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and fitting rooms
- Participate in visual merchandising and seasonal displays
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Back Bay location
