Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized shopping assistance
- Execute efficient store operations including restocking, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Participate in evening/weekend stock replenishment and markdown preparation
- Assist with special evening events and weekend promotions to drive sales
- Uphold brand standards in customer interactions and store presentation
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekend schedules
