Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Process returns and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving shipments.
- Ensure store policies and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation is required.
