Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling procedures
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping experience
- Manage inventory through receiving, stockroom organization, and floor replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational readiness
- Support loss prevention efforts by adhering to security protocols
- Participate in team training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with a passion for fashion and trends
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks

- Reliable transportation to Oakland location
