Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized displays to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Support opening/closing procedures including security checks and store preparation
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on promotions and new launches
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Valid Florida driver's license if transporting company property
- Reliable transportation to/from workplace
