Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including stock replenishment and floor organization
- Assist with inventory management, receiving, and stock rotation procedures
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and safety compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends (Fri-Sun)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
