Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays and product shelves
- Assist with inventory management including stock counts and replenishment
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures as scheduled
Qualifications
- Flexible availability for evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends (including Saturdays/Sundays)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Must be 18+ years old
