Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently during peak hours.
- Stock shelves, organize product displays, and maintain a clean, inviting shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies with confidence.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and high service standards.
- Process returns, exchanges, and manage inventory counts accurately.
- Perform light cleaning duties to uphold company hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Basic computer literacy and strong math skills for transactions.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
