Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products and answering questions.
- Stock shelves and displays to ensure the store is well-organized and appealing.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register, handling cash and card payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with periodic stock counts.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for all customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (students welcome).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use point-of-sale systems.
- Must have a valid state ID and be able to pass a background check.
