Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist with merchandise stocking, organizing, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle cash and card transactions with a high degree of accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is not required as training is provided.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
