Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Handle returns and exchanges courteously while adhering to company policies.
- Assist with visual merchandising displays to promote seasonal sales and promotions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule (weekends and holidays required).
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions.
