Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle returns/exchanges efficiently.
- Stock merchandise on shelves, ensuring product displays are visually appealing and organized.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming sales floor environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability and store policies.
- Assist in inventory management and report any discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit location.
