- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately process customer transactions.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies with professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and maintain operational excellence.
- Assist in inventory management and stock room organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
