Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized styling and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Support visual merchandising standards through timely restocking and floor maintenance
- Assist in inventory management including stock counts and shipment processing
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold brand standards through consistent presentation and cleanliness
- Actively participate in product training sessions to maintain expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Reliable availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Passion for fashion and trend awareness
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional store transfers)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
