Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product details, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as required.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with patience and empathy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
