Your Role
We are seeking a friendly and reliable team member who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting. You will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers to ensure their shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, answering their questions about products and services.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize merchandise on the sales floor to ensure the store is clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Restock inventory and assist with inventory counts and stockroom management.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, including safety and dress code regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
