Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, tidy, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and inventory audits as required.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
