Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor, answering questions and providing product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling payments and returns.
- Merchandising: Rotate stock, fold clothing, and organize display areas to reflect current fashion trends and store standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to achieve sales goals and support special events or promotional activities.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries or complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong aptitude for sales.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse range of customers and team members.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
