Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering product-related questions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Organize merchandise on the sales floor to maintain a clean, inviting store appearance.
- Restock inventory and ensure product labels and pricing are up to date.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
